  • Turnaround Business Support Staffing and Services

  • Custodial (ISBL and OSBL) Inside and Outside Boundary Limits
    • Transportation Services (Human and Materials)
  • Safety Supplies and Stock Management (Central Crib and Remote- Point of Use)
  • Small Tools and Rental Equipment – (GPS or RFID Tagged to optimize utilization and reduce cost)
  • Full Canteen Services
    • Catering and Food Service
    • Block/Unit Refreshment Services (Water, tea, Coffee, Snack etc.)

Typical Accountabilities

  • Supporting Turn Around Planning as needed
  • Interface with suppliers as needed to ensure that all service related contracts, scopes and purchase orders are understood
  • Support and perform as needed – Quantity and Quality Surveying activity – Pre/during and Post TA
  • Support with Cost Controllers to facilitate and ensure all required documents are accurate and received complete and on time.
  • Facilitation of tactical Procurement (Services)
  • Creation of Lessons Learned documentation
  • As needed, supervision and tracking of materials expediters
  • Lead Claims Management activity during and after Turnaround to ensure accountability and equitable outcomes
  • Provided daily/weekly reporting on status of all procurement related activities supporting Turnaround
  • Identify any project related deficiencies and develop recommended corrective actions
  • Coordinate Demobilization Support as Turnaround ends and plant comes back online
  • Lead and coordinate all efforts related to unit activity up to entire Turnaround or Maintenance shutdown work orders
  • Other related duties as required ensuring a successful Turn Around (examples)
