Following an average janitorial schedule, ACEC will perform the following work on your facility:
- Provision of personnel
- Daily janitorial Work
Minimum daily requirements of the work include, but are not limited to the following:
- Clean and disinfect all offices and buildings. Clean and disinfect all floors, walls, doors, doorways, windows internal and external, furnishings, stairs, banisters, fixtures and fittings, as necessary to maintain the facilities in an attractive, clean and sanitary condition
- Clean and disinfect. As necessary, all furnishings in order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Special attention should be paid to cleaning and disinfecting of the facilities
- Clean and disinfect all toilets, sinks and other sanitary-ware
- Water piping dead-legs are to be cleaned and disinfected as directed by nominated medial representative or JGC Representative
ACEC will move all furniture and deep clean spaces including windows, curtains, carpets, walls, doors in all buildings quarterly.
